Established a relationship with a company out East who was looking for 3 month turnaround to disassemble and ship injection molding machines. Organized and implemented a plan to break down and coordinate with other subcontractors the machines to be shipped. Result: Exceeded the client’s expectations in removing machines across the country on time while creating a 25% profit on this project.
