A Midwestern girl at heart, Meghan and her family moved from Ann Arbor, Michigan (GO BLUE!) to Phoenix in 1993. An avid traveler, Meghan focused her studies at Arizona State University (GO DEVILS!) on tourism, and paired it with business and communications. After a short stay in Florida after graduating in 2002, Meghan returned to Arizona and began her career in hospitality, but quickly listened to her entrepreneurial inner voice and branched out!
Meghan has a passion for health and wellness and turned it into a career! In between helping people get healthy, she has a passion for half marathons, Scottsdale Jazzercise, and having fun with her friends.
Meghan spends a great deal of time giving back to the community. She serves on the Arizona State University Young Alumni Council, a program of the Arizona State University Alumni Association that develops events for alums 35 and younger. She also serves as acting president of the Interdisciplinary Studies Academic Affiliate for her alma mater. Meghan commits a great deal of time to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Phoenix Affiliate and has served as chair the Entertainment Committee for the Susan G. Komen Phoenix Race for the Cure since 2010.

Meghan is a Certified Health Coach with Take Shape for Life under the name "Don't Weight Any Longer." After losing 75 pounds in 10 months, (results will vary. Typical weight loss on the Medifast 5&1 Plan is up to 2-5 lbs per week) she was asked to join the challenge and help get America healthy, one person at a time. She wakes up everyday knowing that she is helping people get healthy to live longer, healthier lives.The program consists of three parts: * Eating six times a day * Understanding your current behaviors and a willingness to improve them * Utilizing the support of a FREE health coach (Meghan!) to help you reach your health goals.
