A dynamic presenter/speaker that zig-zags across the universe and ties it all together in exquisite articulations, Zen Benefiel is a multi-degreed author, coach, consultant, educator, facilitator and presenter with a passion for education and facilitating partnerships. His passion stems from applying the secrets of self-discovery and a wealth of personal experience across a wide gamut of industries.
As a sales manager, he increased market penetration 45% in a 13-state territory for a health foods company in the early 80s. He first dive into corporate delivery systems was aerospace manufacturing and production in the mid-80s, responsible for $7 million per month in commercial spares shipments. Seeing the need for transitioning and transforming the workplace, he founded Be The Dream in 1988 as an avenue to promote holistic understanding in business and personal achievement. After leaving the aerospace industry and going through a divorce, he produced and hosted over 100 television shows focusing on the process of achievement - inner and outer awareness, observation and transformation in the early 90s.
An international presenter on holistic project planning, he has co-created a vision for a holistic model community serving at-risk youth, called Spectrum Academy. His most recent coursework, Transformation: A Guide for Change, assists adults challenged to live authentically in these times of accelerated change.
He's facilitated business plan writing classes for women and minority owned businesses at the community college level, facilitating micro-loans and credit-building processes, trained sales & marketing professionals and created curriculum/workshops for business best practices in challenging times, communication and problem solving, social media integration (including branding) and personal/project management.
He's had over 10 years on the web now and is able to help you/your business with basic SEO configuration so you get ranking. Some of his success has been first page rankings and generating over 300,000 unique visits per year (without high-priced help).
He's currently COO for Club Entrepreneur and has his own business plan of action for Be The Dream, populating 9 domains with people, places and things in alignment with the philosophy and theme of 'harmony among people and planet.'
